I’m new to figuring out what software will work and what won’t. I’ve watched some videos showing people using WatchDogs with my graphics card and running smoothly on medium settings, while I struggle with minimum. Examples include Battlefield 3 and 4, and some claim GTA 5 might run on minimum now.

My research shows the CPU is solid, but the GPU seems to be limiting performance. Could there be a way to improve my gaming experience with these specs? Appreciate your help!

Watchdogs isn't very smooth to play, only about 27 frames per second at low settings, as noted on that site. Fortnite 4 should work at low settings, and GTA V might too. Watch Dogs is quite a poor experience overall. Your system should handle GTA V better than yours, while Watch Dogs runs poorly.
