I recently installed some 140 mm fans in my case to reduce noise levels. I ran a Cinebench test to see how loud the system would be when fully loaded, without a GPU. While checking the hardware details, I noticed the CPU was only drawing around 40 watts. I thought it might have been an issue, but the performance was much lower than expected. The temperatures stayed around 60 degrees, so there were no problems.

It seems there might be an issue with your CPU's performance. Have you verified the power settings, such as those in Ryzen Master?

You're using a Gigabyte motherboard. You can check details via hwinfo, then look at the MMO to see if undervolting helped improve performance without increasing power usage.

Risen Master isn't installed on my system, which is why it doesn't function. I attempted to use OCC but it caused a crash. Even after adjusting stock clocks and voltages, the issue persists.
