Modern GPUs often enter a quiet state when idle or under light usage. Cooling fans activate only when needed at specific temps. Make sure your device supports this setting—most do these days.

I notice your device includes that capability, yet it doesn’t activate during Cinebench tests. I’d guess it would engage under heavy load but failed to do so. Without executing Cinebench, testing remains limited.

Cinebench evaluates the processor, not the graphics card. In Task Manager, the displayed RAM speed matches the default setting shown there. You can view real performance metrics by checking the system settings or using a dedicated benchmark tool.

Make sure your RAM is configured for stock performance. Open BIOS and adjust it to use XMP settings!

I haven't tried this before. Do you have any suggestions for resources?

Open BIOS settings, locate the memory XMP section, turn it on, then verify the RAM speed in Windows.

In the Asus BIOS (press Delete during boot), go to the AI Tweaker section, select "Set AI Overclock Tweaker to XMP," press F10 to save, then restart the system.

Your CPU seems to be working well with the RAM speed. If it's still underperforming, consider checking the processor's specifications and performance benchmarks.
