Performance issues with SSDs often stem from slow read speeds when accessing stored data.
I own these Teamgroup CX2 2TB DRAMless SSDs for storing movies and TV shows. They connect via SATA to my motherboard (AsRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac). I've noticed their performance drops noticeably when copying data, as shown by the HD Tach readings. The empty sections of the drive appear to be handling reads well, but write speeds remain low. CrystalDiskMark and other tests still show normal results, yet copying feels extremely slow. Could you help figure out what's happening and suggest ways to improve?
