Performance issues with high-end PCs causing low frame rates.
specs: processor i9 9900k graphics gtx 1080 memory 16gb 3200mhz motherboard msi z390 thomahawk usually managed around 400 fps max in csgo and league of legends now i can't even reach 60 anymore... this issue started after reinstalling windows but after downloading drivers everything worked fine and windows again but still can't restore that frame rate... what should i do??
