I just installed my new RAM (Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200Mhz 2x8GB), same as before. After setting it up and turning on the PC, it starts power cycling. I log in, play some games, and notice significant lag. In Task Manager it shows 1067MHz, but that’s only half displayed. I check BIOS, XMP is enabled, but turning it off and back doesn’t help. Changing to 3000Mhz also fails. Need advice!

You should understand that hardware details matter, RAM speed depends on both CPU and motherboard. Running smoothly with four components often requires more adjustments than with two, particularly on certain AMD boards. If you increased from two to four, manual tweaks might be needed.
