so i recently upgraded from a 5600g to the 5800x3d and it seems to run on very high temps. the whole system is water cooled it has 280 rad + 240 rad with ddc pump ek velocity block for the cpu and a ek block for the gpu as well (2080ti) the cpu can hit around 82c sometimes while the gpu never goes above 41c so the cpu temps seem super high for a water cooled system, i reseated the cpu block today with new thermal paste but it didn´t change anything so my question is. is it supposed to run that hot?
