Hello, I tried sharing another version hoping for assistance. I’m experiencing stuttering and FPS drops across most games. Sometimes the PC freezes completely for a few seconds to about 20 seconds, even while watching YouTube. It’s been this way for a while now. I’ve reinstalled Windows, changed my CPU, cleaned the PC, updated BIOS and drivers, and toggled XMP settings on and off. Both changes didn’t fix the issues. Some games are more affected than others—Black Desert tends to freeze constantly, God of War stutters every 2-5 minutes for about a minute each time. It doesn’t matter what game or graphics I use. I’m really frustrated because this makes playing and using the PC unpleasant. My system specs are: M/B TUF GAMING B65-PLUS, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 4090, OC RAM TRIDENT Z5 7200MHZ, SSD SAMSUNG PRO 980 1TB, plus a 1TB SAMSUNG SSD with heatsink. I’m at my last resort hoping someone can help.
