Ryzen 5 1600, RX 570 4G Game, 1TB 7.2k RPM WD Blue storage, 2666mhz, all advanced graphics options disabled. I’ve also tried lowering settings and disabling VSync.

It also occurs during movement, as I notice no objects appearing and my drive consumption remains typical while using the device.
