I recently changed my RTX 3060 to the RTX 2080, but my NVIDIA driver version is 572.70. When I started playing Cyberpunk 2077, it would stutter, crash, and fail to maintain 60 frames consistently.

Did you execute DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers in Safe Mode before replacing the RTRX2080 Super with the RTX 3060? When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide complete system details. Please list your build specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Add the age of the PSU along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

If you were using tools such as MSI Afterburner or Evga Precision prior to replacing the cards, remove them before removing or reinstalling the drivers. Also, the 572.xx drivers are notorious for causing issues; Nvidia is having trouble resolving them. It's best to install the 566.36, the most recent functional version before the 572 problem, and hold it until Nvidia fixes this issue.
