SPECS: MB: MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS MEMORY: CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB 8x4 = 32gb 3200mhz GPU: RTX 2070 CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 PSU: 750w The advertised RAM speed is 3200mhz, yet performance drops significantly at that frequency, causing BSODs and crashes. The available BSDs vary greatly, rarely matching consistently. These issues typically appear during startup. Running memory diagnostics or memtest shows numerous errors, but testing at lower speeds (e.g., 2100mhz) reveals no problems. XMP settings haven’t resolved the problem. All drivers and BIOS updates have been applied. What adjustments should I make?

It seems the issue persists despite adjustments. You can't run at 3200MHz with all four sticks and 32GB RAM.

This setup isn't ideal for the combination you mentioned. For 32GB it's better to purchase two 16GB modules and ensure they're in the quality level. It should function properly. Other options include manually adjusting the RAM, though that's challenging and may not work reliably with four sticks. Running the 32GB at standard settings is possible, but dual-channel configuration is more important and likely to be active even with four modules.
