Last week I started my PC and everything worked fine. But when I try to launch games, performance drops significantly—especially in Minecraft, which usually handles CPU well but has never caused problems before. Here’s what I’ve tried to fix myself:

- Reinstalled all components
- Swapped CPU and RAM (no success)
- Performed a system clean
- Reinstalled Windows twice
- Reset CMOS
- Updated BIOS
- Reinstalled drivers

My hardware specs are listed as:
- Motherboard: Asus Prime B450M-A II
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
- GPU: Zotac Gaming RTX 3060 (12GB)
- RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX (3200MHz)
- PSU: EVGA 600W 80+ Gold
- Storage: 2TB TeamMP M.2 SSD
- Cooler: AIO for CPU and four case fans

All parts except the PSU are brand new, bought within six months. The GPU was returned to the manufacturer, who said stress tests passed on their bench—so it’s unlikely the card is the issue. I’m leaning toward the PSU but want advice from others who’ve faced similar problems. Any suggestions would be great.

I’m planning to buy a new PSU and motherboard this week since I can’t wait for ASUS to process my motherboard return (I’m in Australia and need results fast). I haven’t posted on this forum before; usually I just search for tips but never needed to share until now. This is logged under GPU-Z, while FiveM (GTA RP) runs in the background.

Checked whether stress tests were performed on the GPU and CPU to evaluate their performance limits.

I ran both tests and received consistent results for both the GPU and CPU. All my drivers, even after Windows updates, are fully current, including the BIOS.
