I'm really confused about why I'm experiencing stuttering and frame rate drops with my ASUS TUF 3080 setup. I'm using a 3440 x 1440p monitor at 100Hz, but only gaming on it. My performance numbers look decent—Cinebench 27100, Timespy 18603—and I've updated everything, including the BIOS and Windows. MSFS 2020 is consistently low even with DLSS enabled. Recently, I tried older GPU drivers from the manufacturer, but results stayed similar. It's really frustrating since this hardware should work smoothly.

What RAM do you have? Because I ran into a problem with my old computer.

32 GB belong to a bundle, not bought separately.

Also consider that 32 gigabytes could be a limitation, possibly due to a slow hard drive, especially during data transfer and storage.

Didn't mention the storage details earlier. It was a 1 TB WD Black SN750 and a 1 TB Samsung 980 Pro.

Other titles available as well? What configuration are you using and which version? Flight sim is famously problematic for performance.

It seems the issue might be connected to memory since most stuttering is linked to it.

Have you looked into the VRAM consumption?

The game occasionally drops from 130 frames per second to 30-40 FPS, causing noticeable stuttering.
