Yes, that's correct! The updated Ryzen setup looks good—about four RAM sticks and a 30-second setup time seems quite efficient.

Only running apps are LG Hub for my microphone, Powerplay mouse mat and my mouse, Steelseries GG for my headset, and Corsair iCue services (not the actual app) for my AIO and fan speeds/RGB. BIOS stays as default, except CPU low limit changed from 200rpm to ignore (since I don’t use the CPU fan header and have to disable it to boot) and DOCP is enabled, which affects settings like 5600mhz with it on and 4800mhz without it. Still can’t reach BIOS without connecting a HDMI directly to the motherboard.
