I have a 7600k that's overclocked to 4.5GHz, and according to the ranking it's number 4. But it says 3.8GHz, 756 CB... When I got 495?? That doesn't make sense. Yet on CPUz, when I compare to 7600k, I'm getting 527 SC speed, while the stock is 480, multiplier 2043 and stock is 1837. What's going on here, is CPUz just wrong?

You might be working with CB 11.5 and these results. Consider switching to CB 15 for better compatibility with current processors.
