Performance is very poor, likely due to graphics card problems.
I assisted a friend in assembling a new computer. After months of stable performance, he suddenly faced serious frame problems. We tested Furmark and the benchmark scores were around 5000 to 6000. The system runs Windows 64-bit, is up to date, with a Ryzen 5 5600, Samsung 980 Trident Z, 32GB DDR4 RAM at 3600 MHz. The power rating isn’t critical for this build, as the components weren’t operating at full capacity and the issue didn’t appear immediately after a graphics driver update. It also seemed to resolve itself after several restarts, though it would likely return afterward. I’m not sure what details were provided, so I came here just to figure out where to begin.
Check the CPU and GPU temperatures. For software, HWMON works well.
From what we could determine, Temps seems okay. I mainly relied on Task Manager for checking, and everything looked normal.
