When playing online quickplay on low settings, your GPU usage stays around 30-40%, even though FPS is lower than the monitor refresh rate. At epic settings, bots in practice range spike to 97-99% while you only hit 70-80%. Your CPU remains at about 40% on both settings, so it’s not a CPU issue. Neither component overheats beyond 60-65°C. The problem isn’t thermal. Adjust your NVCP power plan to High Performance and turn off HPET, Fullscreen Optimizations, and VSync for better control. Enable Nvidia Reflex and set graphics quality to vary. Short version: GPU demand is much higher in practice than in quickplay.
