Hello, welcome to your new PC setup. I noticed your frame rates are solid overall, but you're facing some frustrating stuttering during gameplay. You've encountered this problem in three titles: Control, Jedi: Fallen Order, and Dead Space 3. In Dead Space 3, your performance drops to around 400-500 FPS, yet at 1% lows it can fall to 30-40 FPS intermittently. This occurs even when CPU, GPU, and RAM usage stay under 50%, and both CPU and GPU temperatures are normal. I've checked all the settings: BIOS is up to date, chipset drivers reinstalled, PC updated, RAM correctly seated, and cooling systems functioning properly. You've tried AMD EXPO and Resizeable Bar in BIOS, and your graphics drivers are fresh. The only thing left is to share more details about your build or any recent changes that might have affected stability. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

Could this be the identical issue? Tip: Frequent small stutters? Disable power monitoring in Afterburner and restart your PC.

No, I don't have afterburner installed, thanks for the suggestion though.

It's not only Afterburner; other third-party monitors could be involved too.

It seems I haven’t set up any tracking tools yet, and I didn’t manage to remove the NVIDIA application.
