I just put in the new GPU, saved the drivers, and tried Apex. Neither the GPU nor the CPU is working at full speed. The game is capped around 130 FPS, which is lower than what I saw earlier. In the firing range, it’s less loaded and uses less memory. If that helps, let me know!

Have you looked to confirm if a FPS cap is active in the game?

download hwinfo and execute it during playback to monitor temperatures, clocks, and usage. It seems connected to Windows drivers. You might need to reinstall drivers using DDU and perform a clean install.

Apex runs smoothly at 144fps. Your drivers might have adjusted the in-game settings, and NVIDIA could be handling that as well.

It's 144, but I turned it off and managed to get over 200 in shooting range.

I'm keeping an eye on those values using AMD Adrenaline. I plan to remove the drivers and the game, then reinstall both as you recommended.

Check the newest BIOS for Agesa 1207, install the latest chipset drivers from AMD, and see if your system runs smoothly at 1440p or lower.

Auto-installed chipset drivers from adrenaline software haven't been updated according to the guidelines. I'm testing at 1080p before my new 2K monitor arrives, but if it can't reach 165Hz at that resolution, I doubt it will in 2K.

Chipset drivers do not auto install with Adrenalin software. Means you're lacking the propper chipset driver. Here you go (it's the same chipset drivers for all AM4 and AM5 boards/chipsets). https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/...t-am4/x570 Here are the bioses: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450m Pro4/#BIOS You can use CPU-Z to see which one you have (motherboard tab). Asrock says: **** If the current BIOS version is older than P2.00, please update BIOS to P2.00(PinnaclePI-AM4_1.0.0.6) before updating this version. So if it's older than P2.00 you need first flash P2.00 and then the latest.

I refreshed the drivers. It’s improved, though not widely used. Updating my bios shouldn’t cause issues—just the GPU change didn’t affect anything.
