I'll opt for 2x8GB of RAM...clock speeds around 3200MHz and 3600MHz...my Windows uses about 2-4GB each time RAM is active...when installers run, RAM usage jumps to 8-9GB. Are you running the games on the GTX 1060 3GB or the built-in GPU in the 2200G? Make sure your monitor is connected to the GTX 1060. Check the NVIDIA control panel and set it to maximum performance.

Ensure the monitor is connected to the GTX 1060. Also, review the NVIDIA Control Panel. You might consider turning off integrated graphics in the BIOS as well.
