I have a Ryzen 5 2600X and recently installed RevOS. Previously, my CPU ran smoothly at 4GHz and 4.1GHz, but after the installation I noticed it capped at 3.7GHz. Using Ryzen Master, I saw the BIOS automatically switching to manual PBO and limiting speed. The BIOS settings remain unchanged. Should I revert to the old Windows version to see if the issue persists? This could potentially affect my CPU health.
