High CPU performance drops while playing GTA 5. Settings and temperatures seem adjusted. This is unusual before. Possible causes? I’m not sure it’s the main reason since I was getting around 40 FPS with these changes and the problem began after weeks of play. The game is running at 20 FPS or less, making it nearly unplayable.
