Hello everyone. I'm having some issues with my CS:GO setup and my PC. The FPS seems low even though my monitor is 144Hz. Sometimes during duels it drops to around 190-90 FPS, which feels like screen tearing. It's frustrating since I have a 144Hz display. I've tried the latest drivers for Windows 10, but everything still doesn't work well. The graphics card is fresh, and I have enough memory, but textures aren't rendering properly. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

Gsync should resolve your screen tearing issues. Have you confirmed that your drivers are current?

The issue probably stems from playing at a very low resolution and settings where your GPU isn't utilizing its full capacity. I experienced similar fluctuations with my 1080 Ti when running CS at 1080p 144fps, seeing inconsistent FPS drops due to limited GPU usage around 20%. Using DSR and switching to 4K resolved the problem.

I’m just about to reinstall Windows. Are there any programs still active in the background?

The GTX 780 isn't that fast these days. I attempted to run it at a higher setting, but it still didn't work well.

GTX 780 can handle ultra performance exceeding 200fps smoothly
