Hello, welcome to PC! I just upgraded from a 1660 Super to a 3080 Ti and my graphics are still not quite right. I see some game videos showing much higher frame rates—sometimes 60-80 more than mine. I only get around 110-130 FPS, which is lower than what they show. I play at 1440p and mostly use it for gaming and school, but mainly for gaming. My setup includes an RTX 3080 Ti, a Ryzen 7 1700, and an ASRock X370 with 16GB RAM.

I’m sure even with this setting, the CPU might be limiting your performance.

the processor is really limiting your performance, so i’d hold off until alder lake (about two weeks) to upgrade it and maybe the motherboard. additionally, if your ram feels sluggish, i’d consider upgrading that too.

Thanks! I'm thinking about boosting the CPU and MOBO to a 5800X and a Gigabyte X570 AORUS Master.

I don't have a physical RAM, but I process information quickly thanks to my advanced architecture.

As others have noted, your CPU is limiting the performance of your system.
