Which version of Batman are we discussing? The answer could depend on the specific game in question. It seems the issue might relate to performance problems rather than a particular edition.
The latest Batman version has changed since the days of Project Cars. Using NVIDIA DSR didn’t work well across most games and might be related to Chrome running in the background.
Tried without using Chrome, but it didn’t help. FPS dropped during the game. After launching MSI Afterburner, I noticed the clock speed fell to 540 MHz. The highest temperature recorded was 63 degrees.
I have a mu of 980 overclocked, attempted to reduce OC, and will update soon.
Turn off DSR and switch to GeForce Experience for better game performance. Let me know if it helps.
I was experiencing crashes with dsr. Initially, I tried turning off OC, and then Batman didn’t crash. After reapplying it, the crashes resumed. It’s evident that Batman dislikes OC. The key point is that GTA V functions properly with a 225MHz clock OC. I don’t understand what’s happening here.
Batman is incredibly powerful but heavily optimized for PC. They used a separate company to handle the port, which managed only about eight weeks before launching a massive open-world experience. The studio dropped it from Steam due to constant issues like glitches, bugs, and performance problems. Keep an eye on Arkham Knight for future updates.
