I just observed my CPU cooler fluctuating during browsing sessions. When using HWiNFO, I noticed temperature spikes only after refreshing pages or opening new tabs—not when I used Chrome. My cooler runs at 35-40°C idle but jumps to 55-60°C occasionally and then drops back down. On Eden Ring, temperatures remain around 60°C during games now, which is better than before. No signs of mounting issues or thermal paste problems since I changed coolers seven months ago. No new software or background processes have been installed recently.

That’s just normal boosting behavior. If you notice fans increasing, tweak your fan curve so it stays at the fastest speed where they’re not audible, and only increase above 75°C.

It's Ryzen, it's irritating and odd, it's typical.
