Hey everyone, this has been going on for a while now and I'm not sure what's causing it. I already have the newest audio drivers from the MB maker. When I play games like BTD6 and adjust the volume, the volume panel appears at the top left of the screen showing the level and source, such as a YouTube video. But as long as the volume prompt shows up, the game runs very slowly and poorly! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Eli

This seems to stem from a breakdown in communication between the volume and the game. It might be related to an issue with Windows. Have you attempted a custom installation of Windows, preserving key files while reinstalling applications? That could be the cause of the problem.

Hey! I haven't experimented with that before—I assumed it was related to audio drivers. I'm planning to try it once I've safely backed up all my important files (thankfully everything is in one file!).
