Uncertain if this applies, but on my previous Gigabyte x370 any voltage above +0.204 caused a 15x multiplier issue. If cooling works fine and your power plan is Ryzen balanced or high performance, consider updating the BIOS.

Re-run the benchmark with HWmonitor, capture a screenshot, and share it to check for thermal throttling, voltage problems, or other issues.
