I've seen the fps drop over time after getting my GTX 1660 Super. In games like CS:GO, I'm only getting around 160fps even though I'm using the same settings as before. I have an R7 2700X with 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB RAM and the GTX 1660 Super. Someone can help me figure this out.

That's not the bench you're thinking of, right? 3600 is actually much more suitable for gaming than 2700x.

Absolutely, your third-gen Ryzen is definitely more powerful for CS:GO compared to the second-gen models.

It continues to impact other titles as well, such as Minecraft. I'm struggling to reach 144fps even with maximum settings and around 8 chunks.

CS:Go and Minecraft both rely heavily on CPU power. (Minecraft also gains from more RAM, though the effect isn't certain) For better FPS in Minecraft, add Optifine to optimize performance—even with default settings it runs significantly better.

Consider checking your drivers and reinstalling them. Also, keep an eye on temperatures and CPU/GPU activity from other programs.
