Hello everyone, I'm working with this setup: FX 6300, Asus Strix GTX 950, 2GB DDR3, 600W PSU, 8GB RAM, 1333MHZ, M5A78L-M LX3 motherboard. In team fights, FPS drops from 160 to 45 when it spikes again, but it happens occasionally. Sorry for the poor English. 1920x1080P everything is set to ULTRA. V-SYNC is disabled. I don't optimize with GeForce Experience because when I try to use it, the game opens and shows an out-of-range message, which is why I'm avoiding it.

It might be an issue with your CPU since the FX series from AMD isn't usually praised for strong gaming performance. Your graphics card seems adequate for League, though. What were the CPU and GPU usage or temperatures?

Upgrading the GPU or reducing settings should fix the FPS drop.

GTX 950 works well as a GPU for League of Legends. I achieve 60-70 FPS in Star Wars Battlefront with ultra settings enabled. Occasionally the FPS drops to 45 when playing in the jungle.

Could be due to numerous items requiring rendering by your GPU? Otherwise I'm not sure.

Im gonna go ahead and say this is 99.99% a CPU issue. I did some research and with a 950 + something like a 4th gen i3 like a 4170, you would yield 200+ fps in the heat of battle with max settings on 1080p.

It could also stem from a power supply issue.
