Notably, Dota 2 appears to be unaffected by these performance issues, and I am not running any additional applications during gameplay.

My only remaining upgrade is memory and storage. I experienced a similar issue in the past when my system included:

My processor and graphics card temperatures are consistently around 55°C and 57°C, respectively. I’m unsure about what speeds and utilization rates are considered normal for clock speed and overall usage. My CPU typically reaches 30% utilization while gaming, particularly in titles like Dying Light and The Witcher 3 on maximum settings. When the frame rate decreases, CPU1 usage drops to 1%. I will investigate GPU utilization when this occurs. I am gaming at a 1080p resolution and utilizing MSI Afterburner for performance monitoring.
