Sure, they keep improving and introducing new capabilities regularly, whereas Windows 7 only saw limited updates with most being minor fixes.
I’m using a 256GB SSD with its own OS, so I’ll go ahead and wipe everything before starting fresh. I usually do this during reinstallation, but I’m hoping the Windows 7 activation will still work.
