it relies on a USB flash drive, making the process of partitioning simple. once you've set it up, further steps are straightforward using a media creation tool. i have a 64gb flash drive and divided it into three sections: 10gb for windows 10, 10gb for windows 11, and 44gb for everyday use.

This method doesn't apply to EFI or the Windows Media Creation utility, as you can't boot from the second partition. A third-party solution like Ventoy is required.

They seem to accept the findings, though MS claims the approach isn't feasible. Other tools are available to bypass this restriction.
