Hello, I recently purchased a set of ARGB fans—three with a hub and three extra ones. The issue I'm encountering is that some fans produce a whining noise when the RGB is turned on. Colors like white and light blue work at full brightness, but once the brightness is reduced, the noise resumes. I noticed the non-set fans have different ratings: 12v 0.15A and 12v 0.3A, while the set ones are 12v 0.15A. Could this difference be the reason? If so, is there a solution to fix it? I've attached a video of the problem here: https://streamable.com/p0u842

It's tough to pinpoint its origin—it might be a resistor on the motherboard controller for your RGB setup or something inside one of the fans!
