I have a question, but I think I'm adding too much detail. I need to move my 1tb Samsung M.2 drive into my new build to add more storage. Right now it has Windows 10 installed on my current PC, so I want to erase that drive before moving it to the new build to keep it fresh. However, I don't want to disrupt my current PC so it remains functional for selling as a complete system with Windows. My plan is to install Windows on one of my 2.5 SSDs, which would let my current PC boot into Windows during the sale. What's the best way to do this?

I would simply remove the M.2 drive. Perform a fresh Windows installation on the SATA SSD —
