Play games on a Pentium E5700 without a GPU using only the CPU. For a budget option in Jamaica, consider affordable GPUs like the RTX 3050 or A980.

Looking at the options, it seems like a budget build with a 260/750 Ti budget. That might not cover anything substantial, especially if you're aiming for performance.

Halo combat has advanced, Age of Mythology, SimCity 2000 is available for free on Origin, Reaper tells the story of a pale swordsman...there are numerous choices depending on your preferences.

You mentioned the games you enjoy, and I'll let you know that refusing to change it won't alter that.

For racing fans, Street Legal Racing Redline could be enjoyable. NFS underground might also appeal. You can view the recommended list here: http://netbookist.com/loggon/. It's designed for netbooks, but with a faster GPU than typical netbook hardware, most games should run smoothly.

I used to run on a Pentium E5200. Here are some popular titles: Battlefield Heroes Surgeon Simulator 2013, Awesomenauts, Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod, Minecraft, Terraria, and more. Many believe having an iGPU prevents good gameplay, but that's not true.
