It should work. I have a DELL INTEL X540-T2 dual-port 10GB network adapter K7H46, and it functions properly on Windows 10.

It seems unlikely there’s a problem because it’s an Intel NIC on a PCIe card. You’ll likely need to install drivers and ensure adequate airflow. (It’s meant for a server chassis, which can be a wind tunnel.)
