I've only recently begun using the emulator, but my PC handles it perfectly with full-speed performance so far. Also, I don't support piracy—please refrain from discussing or requesting any of that. Your Phenom II B55 quad at 4.16ghz paired with GTX 580 on Windows 10 64 is working great.

Final Fantasy X runs at maximum speed, and my games are smooth at 50 frames per second because they're in PAL format. I just upgraded them.

That's an emulator, specifically designed to mimic another device or system. It allows you to run software or games that wouldn't normally work on your hardware.
