I and my brother assembled a new machine for him. I was really pleased when he finally got a solid computer. Unfortunately, the latest build is experiencing problems and crashes every three days. I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong, but so far it hasn’t worked. Build: MSI Pro B650-P WIFI AMD Ryzen 6 7600 XFX Speedster MERC 319 AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT CORE G. SKILL Ripjars S5 F5-6000J3040F16GX2-RS5K (2x in DIMM 2/4) WD Black SN770 500GB (Windows 10) WD Black SN770 2TB (Games) Seasonic Focus. We changed the RAM because the blue screen was pointing to a memory fault. The issue isn’t consistent, so I pulled a .dmp file recently. The problem still exists even with different RAM. Maybe the graphics card is bad, the motherboard has an issue, or the power supply? Checking Event Viewer and Security & Maintenance shows a blue screen event, but it keeps happening after swapping memory. Perhaps the video card is faulty, or something is wrong with the PSU. Debugging info: CPU usage and memory stats are high, but no errors appear in Event Viewer.

I've reviewed a few other system logs and noticed these recurring errors: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

No one had a clear understanding of the issue.

I checked the motherboard's QVL and confirmed the memory you picked works. Did you run MEMtest 86+?

I'm sorry for the oversight. It seems the RAM issue isn't likely the problem. We've tested two sets and completed a memtest/OCK, both passed successfully.
