Started the PC randomly today without any modifications. No changes detected; alternates between DRAM and CPU lights. Performed RAM reseating and tested GPU just in case. Hardware specs: Intel i5 6400 RX560, MSI MMO 500W PSU, 2x8 DDR4 RAM, VID20220916223210.mp4.

Turn off the PSU switch. Remove the CMOS battery and keep the power button pressed on the computer for a few seconds to discharge the caps. Wait a few minutes and attempt to power it again. Try booting with just one RAM stick installed. If it doesn’t work, try the other stick.

I wanted to check in, I reset the CMOS and swapped the RAM sticks. It seems one of them might be faulty or they were mismatched—though I know that’s a bit unusual but it had been okay before. Thanks for your assistance!
