I updated the BIOS and verified the graphics cards are functioning in slot one. Both are working in slot one but not in the X16 second slot. I turned off CSM for 4G decoding. Is there something missing? I'm using a Ryzen 3600 with two DRAM sticks (8GB) and Corsair 1000W PSU.

Do you have an NVMe drive compatible with M2_1? Keep in mind that the second x16 port (PCIe4) supports only x4, not x16.

Only SATA SSD/HDD? Please share your full specs—everything connected to the motherboard. I’ll verify if the CPU socket is clean and the CPU is correctly placed. If issues persist, it might mean the slot is damaged.

I swapped it with another AMD CPU and the same problem persists. The board has five PCIe slots, but only the first X16 slot functions properly. It works when using the riser extension "PCIe Splitter 1 to 4," though not in direct slots.
