Hey everyone, I just received a new network card that connects via PCIe, but it doesn’t work when I turn my PC on—it needs to be turned off and unplugged before plugging it back in. It seems to function once. My motherboard is an MSI B350 PC from my great-granddad’s old PC. I’ve tried using both PCIe slots on the motherboard, but nothing works. Any advice?

I'm really unsure, I think it's unlikely. I'll look into it now, thanks.
