It seems mixed up—your setup is 1 GPU, 1 M.2 drive, 2x Pro 4K, and 1x Intensity Pro. As long as everything physically matches and you confirmed Intensity Pro works at PCIe 2.0 x16, it should work fine.

The B450-F design and chipset might present constraints. The bottom PCI-E 2.0 X16 port operates in X4 mode, while the second and third PCI-E X1 slots are turned off. Conversely, the bottom PCI-E X16 slot functions in X2 mode with both slots active. The top PCI-E X1 slot remains separate and unaffected when other PCI-E ports are occupied. Regarding the PCI-E X16 3.0 connectors, they are linked to the second M.2 port. Using the first M.2 slot should not interfere with the third PCI-E X16 3.0 slots. For optimal performance, select the top PCI-E X16 3.0 slot (PCIEX16_1) for a graphics card running at PCI-E 3.0 X8 mode (since the second slot is occupied). The first four PCI-E 4x cards in the second PCI-E X16 3.0 slot (PCIEX16_2) should run at PCI-E 3.0 X8. The second four PCI-E 4x cards in the third PCI-E X16 2.0 slot (PCIEX16_3) operate at PCI-E 2.0 X4. A single PCI-E 1x card in the highest PCI-E X1 slot (PCIEX1_1) should function at PCI-E 2.0 X1 M.2 SSD, placed in the top socket (M.2_1).
