Just received a new GPU, planning to side mount it. The concerns are: Is there a suitable PCI 5.0 riser or extender cable? If available, can I connect a PCI 5 riser/extender to a PCI4 motherboard and GPU for future upgrades?

uncertain about suggestions, but a PCIe 5 adapter should fit a PCIe 4 motherboard (you won’t gain much benefit)
