Hello, your setup includes an Asus MPG Z690 Carbon Wi-Fi card, a 3090 PCIe 1 device, and an Asus 10Gb NIC in PCIe 3. The issue seems to be with the computer recognizing the NIC properly despite being in Device Manager. It’s possible the M.2 slot on your motherboard is causing interference, even though the manual doesn’t mention such combinations. Checking for other slots and ensuring no conflicting devices are present might help.

The initial entries are typically placed in the CPU PCIe lane, while the chipset maintains a separate DMI connection for communication. To turn off a function for M.2 usage, it's common to disable the SATA port rather than the PCIe slots. Consider trying a different PCIe slot.
