PC won't shut down
Recently, my PC has stopped shutting down. When I try to turn it off, the screen goes to sleep, the graphics card fan and lights, as well as the motherboard lights, shut down, but other components like the cooler and RAM fans continue to operate.
I searched online and found several recommendations so far, including disabling fast startup in power management, setting HiberbootEnabled to 0 in the registry editor, updating the BIOS to the latest version, and turning off fast boot in BIOS. The Windows version is also up to date.
I would like to know if there are additional suggestions.
Attempt to resolve Windows update issues by logging in as an administrator, followed by a system restart.
