I increased my CPU clock speed to 46 MHz on an i7 6700K but it won’t boot anymore. Trying to use the reset button might help. Also, I didn’t adjust the power supply voltage.

Remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard, disconnect the power source, and press the in button to discharge capacitors for about 15 to 20 seconds.
Swap the battery, then connect and power on.
