I attempted to overclock my R5 1400 to 3.8 and increased the RAM speed from 2400mhz to 3200mhz. At that point, the system began to behave as if the LEDs were on and most input devices, except the mouse and keyboard, stopped responding. The motherboard (B350M Gaming Pro) reported that both the CPU and RAM were not detected.
