The PC was left for a while and now fails to start. All components light up initially—GPU, CPU, and chassis fan—but soon the CPU indicator shuts off, then rebounds while the chassis light goes out, repeating this cycle without any display output. The GPU stays illuminated constantly. The CPU is a Ryzen 1700 8 GB KVM DDR4 model with an Antec PSU. I've attempted several fixes: reseating RAM, swapping in another working RAM, unplugging the GPU to test booting, and reattaching some wires. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
