In titles such as Grand Theft Auto V on PS4, low to medium settings usually provide stable performance around 30 FPS. On a PC, results can differ—some users achieve high settings at 60 FPS while others maintain smooth gameplay at lower configurations. A friend with a custom-built PC for $200 more than a PS4 can run GTA V at very high settings, achieving around 60 FPS.

How to evaluate PS4 or PS4 Pro performance against a PC, similar to comparing a gaming GPU to a GTX 1060 for FHD or 1080 for 4K

It's almost the same as an HD 7850-7870. The CPU seems to be similar to an AMD FX chip (mid-range). If you're aiming for a PC around the price of a PS4, avoid these components.

I own a laptop equipped with a GTX 1060 and 6GB RAM, which can easily outperform the PS4 Pro.

Good configurations for playing PS4 games on PC include compatible graphics cards and sufficient RAM. Popular options are integrated or dedicated GPUs like AMD Radeon RX 6600, Intel HD 5500, or similar. Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for stable performance.
